In winter, please note the road closure on the L198 between Warth and Lech.
We are only accessible in winter from the Bregenzerwald and the Tyrolean Lechtal. Please note that not all navigation devices have saved this permanent road closure over the winter.

E-bikes can be rented just around the corner from Sporttraum Schröcken, where you will also find everything you need for your hiking holiday.

We offer a bread roll delivery service for snacks and for those apartments which do not have breakfast included. Simply place your order at reception and we will deliver your bread to your door in the morning. You will then be billed upon departure.

We offer a varied breakfast buffet which is included in the room price. We charge €18.00 per person for more spontaneous breakfasts in the apartments and studios, which is only possible with advance notice and depends upon us still having enough space available in our “small” but beautiful breakfast room.

You are welcome to bring your dog into our house. Our requirements: house trained, well behaved, not permitted on the sofa or bed. The dog fee is calculated as follows:
Summer: €15.00 per dog, per day
Winter: €20.00 per dog, per day
Please register your dogs in advance. Other pets such as cats/hamsters etc. are not permitted.

Along with the reservation confirmation you will receive the deposit details which amount to 80% of the total. The deposit is payable by bank transfer (BACS) only.

For stays of 3 nights or longer in summer, you will receive the Bregenzerwald and Großwalsertal guest card included in your package.
With this you can use several mountain cable cars and outdoor swimming pools in the Bregenzerwald as well as enjoying the bus for free. You also receive discounts from our partner companies.

No half board option, however 3-4 restaurants are within walking distance

From 4 nights 1 cleaning is included, towels can only be changed on request.

Yes, you can arrive around the clock, but if later than 7pm, please call or email us beforehand so we are aware.

Deposit – see under “A”. The remaining balance can be paid on site, preferably in CASH or with a debit or credit card. A bank transfer can also be arranged during your stay. We ask that amounts under €100 be paid in CASH.
ATTENTION: In the case of a SEPA return, any costs incurred must be borne by the invoice recipient. In the case of international transfers from third countries (including Switzerland!), the fees must also be paid by the invoice recipient.

There are three ski bus stops within a radius of 30-150 metres. The bus runs every 15 minutes and, within 8-10 minutes, you will be right in the middle of the ski area at the top of the Hochtannberg Pass at the Salober-Jet, which has one lift and one descent on the connecting cable car to and from Lech.

Various ski passes can be purchased directly from the Salober ski pass ticket offices at the Hochtannberg Pass.

Sporttraum Schröcken is right around the corner from us, where you can rent all your ski gear as well as purchase clothing and small souvenirs.

We have the best private ski instructor in-house, senior manager Josef Staggl. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, if you are looking for a refresher or a technical refresher course, you have definitely come to the right place.
Another wonderful, large ski school, Skischule Salober-Schröcken can also be found at the Hochtannbergpass. They have a very nice area for children, and offer both group and private courses.

You can ski directly to the house via two beautiful village runs.
