Along with your reservation confirmation you will receive details about the deposit which is 80% of the total cost. Deposits are accepted via bank transfers only.

ATTENTION: In the case of a SEPA remittance, any charges incurred are to be borne by the invoice recipient. In the case of foreign transfers
from third countries (including Switzerland!), the fees are also to be paid by the invoice recipient. We will then charge these to the final bill on site.

Our rooms are designed for the exact number of people stated on our website. Over-occupancy is not permitted.

Exception: If you are bringing children who will be sleeping with you in the double bed (up to a maximum of 4 years of age), please let us know. Only one additional child per room is permitted and a charge of € 60.00 per night will be added to the final bill.

Up to 2 months before arrival – free cancellation possible
2 months – 3 weeks before arrival – 60 % of the total amount is payable
3 weeks – 1 week before arrival – 80 % of the total amount is payable
1 week before arrival – 100 % of the total amount is payable, also in case of no-show and early departure

Any reservation can be cancelled free of charge within
2 days of completion of purchase.
